Shop Floor Area and Office Space
The term shop floor refers to the area in a manufacturing facility where production is executed. This area includes all equipment, machines, and inventory.
Shop Floor Area
The total workshop area is around 8,000 square feet and office 1,000 square feet with all the required amenities to function efficiently.

Machine & Tools
Our workshop is well equipped with state of the art facilities and equipment’s. The list of machinery is as follows:
Laser Machine
A laser metal cutting machine uses the laser beam emitted from the laser generator to focus on the laser beam irradiation condition of high power density through the external circuit system. The laser heat is absorbed by the work piece material and the work piece temperature rises sharply.
Lasers can cut through many materials and are typically used on a select few types of metal in particular, carbon steel, mild steel, stainless steel, steel alloys and aluminum.
Bending Machine
Press Break, Also known as Brake presses or just brakes are machines used to bend sheet metal using tolling known as dies and punches. The break press typically has an upper and lower section. The upper holds a piece of tooling known as a punch which has a general V shape to it, the lower has a matching shape and it is known as the dir. The two sections of the press brake are moved together forcing the sheet metal between them to bend.
Shearing Machine
Shearing machines are multipurpose devices used in the cutting of alloys and other sheet metal. Some shearing machines use a scissor-like, angular shear action to cut metal into sheets or strips. Other, larger machines use a straight shear action with the blade fixed at an angle as opposed to the angular movement.
Sheet Rolling Machine
Sheet metal rolling equipment is used for rolling sheets and strips in the metal fabrication industry. These machines come in two roller or three roller designs, depending on how you want to roll, bend, and cut the metal sheet.
Pipe Notching Machine
To fasten a pipe to the side of another pipe requires creating a radius at the end of one pipe that matching the side of the mating pipe. This is called commonly called pipe notching, but can also be called coping, fish mouthing, bird’s mouth and more.
Band Saw Machine
A band saw is a power saw with a long, sharp blade consisting of a continuous band of toothed metal stretched between two or more wheels to cut material. They are used principally in woodworking, metalworking, and lumbering, but may cut a variety of materials.
Surface Gridding Machine
Grinding machines remove material from the work piece by abrasion, which can generate substantial amounts of heat. To cool the work piece so that it does not overheat and go outside its tolerance, grinding machines incorporate a coolant. The coolant also benefits the machinist as the heat generated may cause burns.
Welding Machine - TIG
A welding machine is a device used to join materials together. Welding machines produce heat that melts metal parts so that these parts can be joined. Thus, when it cools, it becomes a fixed and resistant joint.
Welding Machine - MIG
A welding machine is a device used to join materials together. Welding machines produce heat that melts metal parts so that these parts can be joined. Thus, when it cools, it becomes a fixed and resistant joint.
