Welding & Fabrication Services

Welding

Al Seyouh, employs experienced welders, certified welders. This combination of expertise and accuracy means that we can consistently provide you with top-quality welded parts. From simple spot-welds to complex assemblies, we can produce quality weldments in aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel.

Welding is the process of permanently joining two or more metal parts, by melting both materials. The molten materials quickly cool, and the two metals are permanently bonded. At Al Etimad Steel Fabrication, we have highly trained and qualified welders as a part of our team to provide best quality services in the region.

There are 4 types of welding which are commonly used in Steel Industries as follows –

  1. MIG Welding
  2. TIG Welding
  3. Stick Welding
  4. Flux-Cored Arc Welding
MIG Welding

MIG Welding

MIG Welding (metal inert gas welding): A method of welding in which the filler metal wire supplies the electric current to maintain the arc, which is shielded from the access of air by an inert gas, usually argon, can be used to weld many different types of metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, copper, nickel, silicon bronze and other alloys.

TIG welding

TIG welding

TIG welding (tungsten-electrode inert gas welding): A method of welding in which the arc is maintained by a tungsten electrode and shielded from the access of air by an inert gas is known because of its quality and applicability. It can be used to weld more metals than any other method of welding, capable of welding metals like steel, bronze, nickel, brass, copper, magnesium, aluminum and gold. Welding in a TIG operation is very precise and clean, allowing for a superior appearance.
TIG welding can be used with such a large variety of metals, the process can be applied to several industries and aid in the creation and repair of many items. This form of welding is commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, repair and art fields industries.

Flux-Cored Arc Welding

Flux-Cored Arc Welding

Flux-Cored Arc Welding: a technique in which metal is welded by heat generated by an electric arc struck between two electrodes or between one electrode and the metal work piece, arc welding is especially useful where the base material to be welded has some amount of scale, rust or other surface contaminants present. It ideally used for welding dense sections that are an inch or more thick because it has a higher weld metal deposition rate.
Flux-cored arc welding is commonly used in piping welding, general repairs, ship building, manufacturing and underwater welding.

Stick Welding

Stick Welding

Stick Welding is an effective method for welding most alloys or joints and can be used indoors and outdoors or in drafty areas. It's also the most economical welding method and provides the ability to create an effective bond on rusty or dirty metals.
Stick welding is common and versatile it is used in construction, shipbuilding, petroleum, field repair, structural welding, manufacturing, steel fabrication, mining and nuclear industries.

Steel Metal Fabrication

Steel Metal Fabrication

Steel Metal Fabrication is the production of metal structures using a range of processes such as cutting, bending and assembling. Metal fabrication will often form a complete assembly made from smaller sub-assemblies for use with readily available standard sections.

Metal fabrication is the creation of metal structures by cutting, bending and assembling processes. It is a value-added process involving the creation of machines, parts, and structures from various raw materials.
